CREATIVE MEETING «LA NEUTRALITÉ PERMANENTE EST LA BASE DE LA PAIX»
On November 6, 2025, a French language creative meeting titled «La neutralité permanente est la base de la paix» was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the United Nations, and the International Year of Peace and Trust. The meeting, organized by the scientific club «Lingvo World» of the World Languages Department of the Institute, was participated by students studying French at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the National Security Institute of Turkmenistan.
At the beginning of the event, the participants performed creative recitation on themes such as peace, friendship, neutrality and the poetry by our Hero-Arkadag and the Great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi, translated into French. Participants made presentations on specific topics.
Answering the general knowledge questions was one of the highlights of the creative meeting. Competitors were given several questions related to the history, politics, diplomacy, literature and art of France. Moreover, there were questions about sports, French grammar, orthography, logic and geography. At the end of the competition, the jury members announced and congratulated the winners.
Holding such events regularly is a great opportunity for French learners to improve their language skills, learn more about France and test their abilities.
At the end of the meeting, the participants performed songs in Turkmen and French languages and expressed their deep gratitude to our Hero-Arkadag, our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the esteemed President and the organizers of the meeting for creating such valuable opportunities to learn foreign languages, and to extend their knowledge and talents.
