A TRAINING SESSION ON CYBER SECURITY
On March 1, 2024, a training course was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to disseminate the best practices of educational institutions of the country and foreign countries on digital education, digital economy, and cyber security based on the plan approved by the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan.
Mekan Annanurov, chief specialist of the Information Security Department of «Halkbank» Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan, Mahrijemal Abdyrahmanova, Head of Methodology Department of Financial Economic Analysis and Methodology of «Halkbank» Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan gave an effective speech at the training session.
The course is aimed to increase the literacy of students studying in Higher Education Institutions in the field of digital banking services implemented by credit institutions of the country, the importance of non-cash settlements, information security, cyber security within the framework of the activities of the Joint-Stock Commercial bank «Halkbank» of Turkmenistan. Their presentations were accompanied by an interesting question-and-answer session with the students.
