The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba at our Institute
On February 15, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Turkmenistan, Carlos Enrique Valdes de la Concepción (with residence in Cuba) within his working visit to Turkmenistan met with the students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the International University of Humanities and Development, and Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages attended this meeting. The meeting was conducted by Gulshat Yusupova, the Vice-rector on Academic affairs of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the Honorable Ambassador shared an interesting life experience of working in a diplomatic mission. In his meaningful speech, the Honorable Ambassador emphasized the importance of the successful development of bilateral relations in the political, diplomatic, cultural and humanitarian spheres between Turkmenistan and Republic of Cuba, as well as it was noted the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The issues, touched upon on Turkmen-Cuban diplomatic relations in political-diplomatic, economic and humanitarian fields were of importance for the participants of this meeting.
During the meeting, interesting views were exchanged between students, lecturers and Ambassador, as well as the Ambassador took a picture with the students. At the end of the meeting, both sides wished great success in strengthening the further development of mutually beneficial ties between Turkmen-Cuban relations in different spheres.
