CONGRATULATORY CEREMONY
On February 1, 2021, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a ceremony on the occasion of the appointment of Chynar Tajiyevna Rustemova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences, Candidate of Philosophy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as Executive Secretary of the National Team of Turkmenistan. The ceremony was attended by the faculty members of the Institute.
During the congratulatory ceremony, the Rector of the Institute Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev highlighted the personal contribution of Ambassador Chynar Rustemova to the implementation of the domestic and foreign policies of the state during the years of independence. He wished her great success in her efforts to further strengthen cooperation between the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and Turkmenistan, which further plays an important role in international relations. He expressed his special gratitude to the Ambassador for sharing her work experience while working at the Institute with students who love and respect her a lot.
In turn, Chynar Rustemova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan also reassured the President and the participants of the ceremony that she would wholeheartedly serve the country and employ skills and abilities to fulfill his great trust.
At the end of the congratulatory ceremony, the participants expressed their deep gratitude to our dear Arkadag, who pays special attention to the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy.
