In the foreign policy strategy implemented by the country, great attention is paid to the development of effective cooperation with international organizations. Moreover, activities to develop a systematic strategy, in particular to solve the problem of air pollution are carried out. As it is known, during the preparations for the participation of the delegation of Turkmenistan in the 28th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-28), which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from November 30 to December 12, the garden planting ceremony carried out within the institute has turned into a unique and memorable event.
