A MEETING WAS HELD WITH SENIOR DIPLOMAT SAPAR BERDINIYAZOV
On September 17, 2024 at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a mentor-apprenticeship meeting was held between the winners of the intelligence competition called “Young Messengers of Peace” who were lucky to become the students in the year “The Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi” and senior diplomat Sapar Berdiniyazov, Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan, the senior lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
As it is known, the path of mentor-apprenticeship is one of the noble principles from ancient times, and this path is widely continued today under the wise leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar. In particular, the 4th Chapter of the book “Älem içre at gezer” which was leaked from the wisdom of our Hero Arkadag, is called “Mentor-apprenticeship Traditions”, and in this chapter our Hero Arkadag highlights the importance of the mentor-apprenticeship relationship. After all, our wise poet Magtymguly Fragi also mentions the great role of the mentor in the perfect development of each apprentice by bringing the lines of the poem that says “Magtymguly, get trained by master”. Indeed, it is very advantageous for young people who are studying theory to learn from experienced mentors to become perfect in their future profession.
Today, the teaching of senior diplomats at the High School of Turkmen Diplomacy increases the love of future young international experts for their chosen career.
During the meeting, senior diplomat responded to interesting questions of the students who see their future in the profession of diplomacy, and created a great interest in diplomacy in them.
It should be noted that according to the results of the three season of the intelligence contest “Young Messengers of Peace’’, 32 young students are gaining knowledge at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Moreover, the news that school students who participated in the intelligence competition “Young Messengers of Peace’’ are studying at other higher educational institutions of the country and getting education in different parts of the world, is a clear sign of the successful implementation of the project that initiated under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag.
