MEETING WITH A MASTER DIPLOMAT
On February 19, 2026, a meeting was held with Nurberdi Amanmyradow, a Master diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, and Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy. The event was organized by the Department of International Law and Comparative Law Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the "Young Lawyers" scientific club, in honor of the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan. Lecturers and students of the International Law Department took an active part in this meeting.
During the session, the Master diplomat shared his extensive professional experience from his years in the diplomatic service, providing numerous practical examples to the international law students. Furthermore, he emphasized that: Turkmenistan’s Neutrality Policy is globally recognized and plays a vital role in establishing and developing friendly, mutually beneficial relations with countries worldwide. International law specialists hold a significant and necessary role in advancing this national strategy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed their gratitude to the master diplomat for his engaging insights and posed several questions of interest. The regular organization of such meetings creates great opportunities for young specialists to enhance their knowledge and practical understanding.
