SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE SPECIAL COURSE ON THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ARBITRATION
At the enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held in October 2021, the Hero Arkadag emphasized the importance of training highly qualified young professionals in all fields, especially the legal system, and stressed the need to continue to work in this area. He also added that international legal education would help resolve disputes with foreign investors.
At present, the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan has deepened its knowledge on international and national lega bases, arbitration for international arbitration, international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as the necessary measures to improve the quality of training and professional development of specialists. The training was conducted in accordance with the special training program. Lectures of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the International University for the Humanities and Development, as well as students took part in the special training.
Hommadova Gulsenem, a lecturer of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Gochberdi Amanov, a graduate student of the mentioned Institute, and Shahnoza Eminova, Atajan Rozybayev, Mergen Atajanov, Dovletmyrat Garajayev, Serdar Gylychdurdiyev, Tofe Hoshanova and Shahnoza Ahmedova, students of the Faculty of International Law of the Institute participated in this six-month course and received certificates.
There is no doubt that the active participation of the lecturers and students in this training greatly contributed to the further development and improvement of their knowledge on international law.
