A round table dedicated to international cooperation
On December 27, 2022, a round table meeting was held dedicated to Turkmenistan's multilateral relations and cooperation with international organizations. It was held at the training studio of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of diplomatic corps of Turkmenistan in abroad.
The meeting was led by B. Matliev, vice-rector for science of the Institute. Vice-rector emphasized the effective cooperation of our country with regional and foreign countries.
During the meeting, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the UN Office in Geneva Atageldi Khaljanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to UNESCO Maksat Charyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium Sapar Palvanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the OSCE Hemra Amannazarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the Charter and Other bodies of CIS Nazarguly Shagulyev delivered a speech.
Diplomats extensively spoke about Turkmenistan's cooperation with the United Nations, UNESCO, the European Union, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Today, Turkmenistan conducts a foreign policy based on openness and mutually advantageous relations with all countries of the world under the wise leadership of our esteemed President. In conjunctions with them, Turkmenistan implements programs for the development of education, culture, trade and economy, health care, environment and other areas.
