NEW BOOK "THE THEORY OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS" IS PUBLISHED
During the Era of the Revival of the new Epoch of the Powerful state, the foreign policy strategy of our country successfully implemented under the wise leadership of the President of Turkmenistan aimed to ensure peace, security and sustainable development in the international relations of the world. Along with this, special attention is paid to further improvement of the country's international reputation, diplomatic service and training of future international experts and diplomats.
In this regard, special attention is paid to the preparation of textbooks and manuals on international relations and diplomacy in providing modern education to future young diplomats, conducting a thorough scientific and practical study of the country's foreign policy and modern international relations. Recently, on the basis of the proposal of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, a new textbook "Theory of International Relations" (author: B. Karayev - A.: Turkmen State Publishing Service, 2024) for higher education schools was published.
This textbook consists of 4 chapters and is devoted to the scientific theories of international relations and diplomacy. In addition, the textbook is prepared in accordance with the program of the International Relations course, and it broadly describes the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of international relations, as well as new areas of scientific study in the field of diplomacy. In the book, the foundations and directions of the theory of international relations, the legal foundations of diplomacy, the role of Turkmenistan's neutrality policy in international relations, the importance of the main paradigms in the theory of international relations, logical and scientific foundations are presented in a comprehensive scientific manner.
The book is published on the basis of modern requirements for future professionals in the field of international relations and diplomacy, and it aims to develop the ability of students studying in higher educational institutions, especially future professionals studying international relations and diplomacy.
Regular publication of such manuals and textbooks provides great opportunities for students and future specialists to gain professional skills, learn science at a more advanced level, acquire new important information, and improve their education.
