Participants of the international competition were greeted with Turkmen hospitality
From May 22 to 25, 2024, the international competition “International Relations: Culture of Peaceful Dialogue” will be held jointly organized by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. More than 40 undergraduates and students from 11 prestigious higher educational institutions of 9 foreign countries, as well as students from 22 higher educational institutions of the country take part in this international competition. The participants were received solemnly, with a high degree of preparation, in accordance with the traditions of national hospitality, friendship, openness and kindness of our people. Students, teachers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and volunteers greeted the guests with a smile.
According to a special program, on May 22, 2024, guests got acquainted with the Turkmen National School of Diplomacy, which is the venue for the international competition. A visit to the museum “History of Turkmen Diplomacy”, “Ak öý”, the scientific and creative organization “Young Journalist”,
the editorial office of the electronic newspaper “The voice of the Young Diplomat” left a pleasant impression on the guests. They expressed their pride and their opinion at a round table specially organized by the institute’s educational studio.
On May 23, 2024, the opening ceremony of the international competition will be held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the first stage of the competition will take place. We are proud that Turkmenistan regularly hosts international competitions and Olympiads. This indicates that cooperation with large scientific and educational centers, which are prestigious higher educational institutions in foreign countries, is becoming more fruitful.
