Creative Meeting on the Occasion of the International Day of the French Language
On 18th of March 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a creative meeting on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the French Republic, the International Day of the French language and the International Novruz Day. It was organized by the “Lingvo World” Club of the Department of World Languages. A creative meeting was held among the members of the Club on the importance of the UN General Assembly Resolution on the International Day of the French Language.
During the event, the students of the Institute performed their presentations in the French language, recited poems on spring of well-known French poets, made a presentation on the history and traditions of the International Novruz Day. The song performed in French by Atajan Rozybayev, student of the Faculty of International Law made a great impression on the participants of the event.
Holding a creative meeting in French helped students to develop their language skills, creative abilities and critical thinking.
At the end of the meeting the students thanked our esteemed President for the conditions created to study foreign languages in our country.
