ESSAY COMPETITION «500 WORDS FOR ECOLOGY»
On March 13, 2024, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan summed up the results of the essay competition «500 words for Ecology», announced by the Water Diplomacy direction of the Training Center in priority areas of diplomacy of Turkmenistan and the scientific club «Young Lawyers». The main goal of the competition is to explain the importance of the adoption of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the fight against climate change among students. According to the results of the competition, the 3rd year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations Erem Dovletmyradov took I place, the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Law Suleyman Nurgeldiev took II place and the 3rd year student of the Faculty of International Relations Aygul Meredova took III place.
As we know, nature protection, educating younger generations in the principles of care and respect for its values, increasing the level of environmental culture among younger generations is one of the main priorities of state policy. We express our sincere gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero - Arkadag, and to the honourable President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating such opportunities for young people. We wish to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero - Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar good health, long life and new outstanding successes in large-scale state activities.
