Training in Energy Diplomacy
On January 28, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a training in the first half of the 2021-2022 academic year in the field of “Energy Diplomacy”. It was organized by the Training Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan. Students who successfully completed this training were awarded a special Certificate.
These elective courses included lectures on “Energy Diplomacy and its Role in Cooperation for Ensuring Its Development”, “Fundamentals of International Law and National Legislation in Energy Diplomacy”, “Development of Bilateral and Multilateral Cooperation in Turkmenistan’s Energy Sector” and the “International Initiatives and Suggestions”.
