Competition "El hünäri - il gezer" was held
On January 19, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the institute round of the contest titled “El hünäri – il gezer” ( "Handicraft -the hand of the people") which was announced among the students of higher educational institutions of our country. The student girls of higher educational institutions of our country and the representatives of the mass media attended it. The competition consisted of four conditions, according to which the participating students competed in knitting, embroidery, weaving aladja, as well as glorifying our national heritage through the artistic speeches in orally.
During the competition, the participants performed a musical composition enthusiastically, glorifying the motto of this year "The Epoch of the people with Arkadag", the great successes, deeds of our state and accomplishments carried out under the wise leadership of our Hero-Arkadag and as well as the poems, glorifying the rich past heritage and cultural values of our people and the monuments of history and culture, national traditions and the art of needlework inherited from our mothers and grandmothers were of importance. The poem “Ýaşasyn parahat durmuş” (“Long live peaceful life!”) by our esteemed President recited by the students were drown a great attention to the audiences and gave to the contest a special national reflection.
The episodes, describing our national handicrafts inherited by our ancestors and grandparents and national festivities and as well as the historical and cultural monuments were reflected in the performance titled “El bukja” which was demonstrated by the students.
The performances and samples of handicrafts of the participants were evaluated by the juries.
At the end of the contest, the participants expressed their gratitude to our esteemed President. They wished our esteemed President sound health, further creative success and longevity.
