SEMINAR WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
On October 13, 2025, a seminar dedicated to friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The seminar was conducted by a representative of the E.M. Primakov Foundation for Diplomacy of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation and a representative of the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, as well as was attended by teachers and students of our institute.
During the seminar, Ivan Danilin, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the E.M. Primakov Institute for World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation, Eduard Solovyev, Director of the Center for Post-Soviet Studies, Victoria Karslieva, Deputy Director of the A.M. Gorchakov Foundation for Public Diplomacy, and Dilbar Sadykova, Head of the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, noted the significant development and expansion of relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, particularly bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian spheres.
During the seminar, students exchanged views with representatives of Russian higher education institutions on the topics discussed. This seminar was specifically aimed at further developing friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
