An online lesson devoted to the Dostluk field
On June 1, 2021, an online lesson was held on the theme “ Dostluk field and its Importance “ at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan Mekan Ishanguliev and the students of the Institute of International Relations attended this online lesson, which was organized in the frame of sets of online classes, conducted by the heads of Turkmenistan's diplomatic missions abroad. This online lesson was held to further enhance the diplomatic knowledge levels of the students of the higher education institutions.
In the online lesson the Ambassador underlined that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the joint exploration, the process of the work and development of hydrocarbon resources of the Dostluk field in the Caspian Sea was of great importance. According to the Ambassador, the Memorandum of Understanding on the joint development of the Dostluk hydrocarbon deposit has made a significant contribution to the further development of cooperation in other areas between two countries.
At the end of the online lesson , the students asked questions and exchanged views on further developing friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
