Scientific and practical conference dedicated to the World Environment Day
On May 25, 2023, organized by the UNESCO Department of Environmental Education for Sustainable Development of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi, dedicated to the important issues of environmental science, "Ecological education of young people is the foundation of Sustainable Development and bright future" a scientific-practical conference was held. Teachers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan online participated in it.
Speakers at the conference noted that environmental wellfare is one of the important directions of the concept of Sustainable Development. Also, during the conference, effective discussions were held regarding the issues of popularizing ecological knowledge among people in the country, informing about the ecological safety and promoting nature protection.
