An intellectual competition “Young Messengers of Peace”
On June 20, 2022, an intellectual competition “Young messengers of Peace” was held with the participations of the members of the Club “Young Diplomats” of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the schoolchildren. The purpose of this completion was to expand the knowledge of students and schoolchildren in the framework of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan as well as to share the intellectual ideas on the current theme.
The students competed with each other in improving their skills and good knowledge on the main priorities of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan.
The students were provided with a number of questions on water, energy and transport diplomacy, which are the main priorities of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan.
According to the results of the competition, first-year students of the Faculty of International Relations Maksat Taganov and Davut Nazmyradov won prizes. It is worth emphasizing that such a kind of competition gives the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills of creative and information literacy on the above topic by sharing ideas, as well as answering curious questions from their comrades, who delivered impressive and interesting information on the topic.
