In 2011, he graduated from the Institute
of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
with a degree in International Economic Relations.
Since 2011, he has been working as a
senior lecturer at the Department of International Economic Relations of the
Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan.

Council for 2018-2022.
Since 2019, he has been in charge of the
Transport diplomacy direction of the Training Center on priority areas of
diplomacy of Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Since 2020, Secretary of the First
Organization of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan of the Institute of
International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
