In 1986 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Novosibirsk State University with a degree in mathematics and applied mathematics.
In 1986-2023, he worked in various positions in various scientific institutions, universities, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
Three-time (2004-2005, 2012-2013, 2022-2023) participant in the US Fulbright program, conducted research at various universities in this country.
Since September 2023, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of International Economic Relations at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Teaching disciplines: Higher Mathematics, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, Economic and Mathematical Methods and Models, Statistics, Econometrics, Modern Computer Technologies for Creating a Digital Educational Environment, Mathematical Modeling, Application of Higher Mathematics in Practice, Financial and Economic Calculations.
