THE “BRAIN-RING” COMPETITION WAS HELD
On February 16, 2026, a “Brain-ring” competition was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of students from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Council of the “Berkararlyk” etrap of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat, and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was held in honor of the “Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan” and to mark the declaration of 2026 as the year of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – The Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”.
The purpose of the competition was to explain the significance of our state’s Permanent Neutrality and the essence of our country’s peace-loving initiatives to student youth during the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, to promote our country’s foreign policy and international economic status among university students, and to identify talented youth.
According to the results of the engaging “Brain-ring” competition, the students’ team of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan won the Grand Prize, the students’ team of the International University for the Humanities and Development took 1st place, the students’ team of Magtymguly Turkmen State University took 2nd place, and the students’ team of the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages took 3rd place. The winning teams were presented with gifts from the Council of the “Berkararlyk” etrap of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.
