Lecture on the “Dialogue on neutrality” “Within framework of OSCE the role of neutral states in enhancing security, sustainability and dialogue”
On May 15, 2023, an online lecture was held with representatives of the OSCE PA at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was attended by the professors, lecturers and students. The rector of the Institute J. Gurbangeldiev, said welcome words to the high-level guests via online.
The moderator of the lecture was Ms. Christine Muttonen, former OSCE PA President. During the lecture Ambassador Lamberto Zannier, OSCE PA High-Level Expert, Dr. Heinz Gartner, Professor for Austrian Institute for International Affairs, Dr. Laurent Goetschel, Professor of University of Basel, B. Karaev, PhD in Philosophy, the lecturer of the Department of the International relations and diplomacy of the Institute Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan made speeches dedicated to neutral policy of the states and acquittance with international experience.
In the end of lecture, the students had chance to ask questions there interest.
