The main area of the Ankara Crisis and Policy Research Center (ANKASAM) of the Republic of Turkey is the geography of Asia in the context of international relations. Four regional institutes, namely Afghanistan-Pakistan (AF-PAK), Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, Russia-Caucasus function under the structure of ANKASAM. As a result of the changes taking place in international politics, the economic systems, the geo-cultural structure today, Asian geopolitics is becoming increasingly important. Known as a reconciliation center with its constructive international initiative in the world, Turkmenistan plays an important role in the Central Asian region. This is clearly evidenced by the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia established in Ashgabat. The conference will conclude its work on May 23, 2021.
