In 2015, he graduated from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding with a bachelor degree in Law.
In 2020, he graduated from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding with a master’s degree in Law.
Since 2022, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of International law and Comparative law at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Courses taught: Roman law, Legal Psychology, Law of International Organizations.
