DEBATE ON A HUMAN RIGHTS WAS HELD
On December 18, 2025, debate on Human Rights was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was organized jointly by the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan, the Office of the Ombudsman of Turkmenistan, and the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan. It was dedicated to International Human Rights Day.
Students from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for Humanities and Development, and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan participated in the debate, was aimed to enhance students' skills in analyzing human rights issues.
The debate consisted of three rounds, and the team from Magtymguly Turkmen State University declared victorious. Participants were awarded souvenirs.
