— Currently, Turkmen-Chinese relations are reaching great heights in various fields. This competition brought together not only students from Central Asia, the Caspian region states, Turkiye, but also from China. The People's Republic of China is represented by 3 students. We are in Turkmenistan for the first time. The main feature that impressed me in the Turkmen land was the beauty of the capital city Ashgabat. Indeed, this city becomes more beautiful at night. I was especially impressed by the excursion to the Nusay monument complex. I used to read that the Turkmen people are an ancient nation, that there are ancient monuments on this land, and now I was able to become an eyewitness of it.
We also visited the National Museum of Turkmen Carpets. I was impressed by the giant carpets displayed there. The museum staff said that each carpet ornament has a special meaning and history to it. I was fascinated by the history of the ancient Pazyryk carpet preserved in the Altay mountains, which has not lost its shape over the years. Images of Turkmen national carpet patterns have been placed in various parts of the capital city of Ashgabat, in cultural parks, and even on the streets. The hospitality and friendship of the Turkmen people is worthy of praise. For this, I express my deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan.
