The procedure for attaching applicants for the degree of Doctor of Science
Applicants for the degree of Doctor of Science may be persons who have the degree of Candidate of Science.
Attachment of applicants to a university or scientific organization for the preparation of a doctoral dissertation can be carried out for a period of not more than four years.
To be attached to a higher educational institution or scientific organization, the applicant for the degree of Doctor of Science must submit to the name of the head:
• an application with a copy of the Ph.D. diploma attached;
• a certificate from the academic council of a higher educational institution or scientific organization conducting scientific research on the profile of the dissertation, about the readiness of 2/3 of the dissertation.
An identity document and a PhD diploma are presented by the applicant personally.
