INTERNATIONAL ONLINE SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ENTITLED «SCIENCE AND EDUCATION IN THE XXI CENTURY» WAS HELD
On June 5, 2026, on the occasion of Science Day, the International Online Scientific Conference entitled «Science and Education in the XXI Century» was held at the «Altyn Nesil» Cultural Center of the Seýitnazar Seýdi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute. The professors and lecturers from higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of our country and foreign universities, scientists and researchers from the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan attended the event. The conference, conducted in Turkmen, Russian, and English, was held in an online format in 5 sections.
The conference opened with a welcoming speech by Gurbangeldi Muhammedov, Rector of the Seýitnazar Seýdi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute and Candidate of Historical Sciences. Presentations were also delivered by Albert Burhanov (Russian Federation) Presenting Data Regarding the Medieval City of Navidah on the right bank of the Middle Amu Darya; Kakajan Komurov (United States of America) on New Methods of Cancer Treatment; Berdi Sariyev (Republic of Turkiye) on the Importance of the Language Tree in Teaching Grammatical Categories of Nouns; Sherzad Hakimow (Federal Republic of Germany) on Natural Language Processing Tools for Turkic languages; and Olga Dmitrieva (Russian Federation) on the Linguistic and Socio-Cultural Adaptation of Foreign-Language Children and Modern Methods of Preparing Them for School Certification.
The innovative ideas, scientific discoveries, and exchanges of experience brought forward during the International Online Scientific Conference will make a significant contribution to the development of the science and education system in the XXI century. The meeting served as an important step toward further strengthening international cooperation at the intersection of digital technologies, natural sciences, and the humanities. The conference participants expressed their deep gratitude to the leadership of our country for their immense contribution to the development of modern science and for providing such extensive opportunities.
