A TRAINING SESSION ON ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY
On November 11, 2024, a scheduled training session on «Economic
Diplomacy» was held at the Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of
Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The session entitled «Political and Diplomatic
Methods of Ensuring Economic Security» was conducted by Begench Karayev,
Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy and a
candidate in philosophical sciences.
During the session, the experienced lecturer emphasized that maintaining
peace and security worldwide is a critical task defining both current and future
development for humanity. He also highlighted that international relations are
the result of the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and other forms of
interaction among the main state actors of the global community.
Enriched with new information, the session offered students insight into
the development of Turkmenistan's foreign policy. The students engaged with
the lecturer, asking questions about topics of personal interest. This course
proved to be highly impactful for the students.
