A training session on Economic Diplomacy
On March 15, 2023, at the Training Center for Important Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan a training session on the topic "The history of Banks" has been held for the students of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.

A bank is a financial institution licensed to receive deposits and make loans. The term banking is very appropriate in ensuring the smooth development of the banking system. The role of banks in international cooperation and their functions were highlighted. During the lesson, students were given detailed information about the formation of banks, their development, and historical periods.
During the lesson, the 3rd year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations Bilbil Berdiyeva, presented a presentation on her scientific work "Ways of improving the work of the banking system".
The lesson was conducted in a question-and-answer format. Students' questions were answered through concrete examples.
