A training seminar “Leadership in youth professional activity” has been held
On May 27, 2023, the training seminar "Leadership in professional activity of youth" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized by the Department of World Languages. The lecturers of the Department, members of the club "Lingvo World" and the students’ club "Let's speak up!" took part in it.
During the seminar, the lecturers gave speeches dedicated to the development of leadership qualities and abilities of young people in the field of their chosen profession, as well as to involve them in public and organizational activities during the student years.
The video entitled "21 Mandatory qualities of a leader" was also shown, prepared on the basis of the book by John Maxwell, a leading American expert and coach in leadership issues, the author of many books and seminars.
At the end of the seminar, the participants were asked to take a diagnostic test of leadership abilities. Students enthusiastically passed the test and familiarized themselves with the results, took part in discussions and the exchange of opinions between peers and lecturers.
