MEETING ENTITLED "YOUNG FAMILY IS THE POWERFUL FORCE OF OUR SOCIETY"
On April 26, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan a meeting entitled "Young Family is the Powerful Force of our Society" was held. The aim of the meeting was to promote healthy lifestyle, diligence, and moral qualities among the students and schoolchildren, to increase awareness on the importance of preservation of family unity and respect, which is the foundation of the Turkmen society, the developments aimed at well-being of families, our national traditions and customs inherited from our ancestors, as well as to draw attention to large-scale activities implemented within the framework of the National Plan of Actions for 2021-2025 on gender equality in Turkmenistan.
The meeting, which was held in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of Powerful State being inspired by the wise words of our Hero Arkadagly Serdar: "The happiness and well-being of any country is rooted in concern for the young generation", was attended by the academic staff and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as Representatives of the National Center of Trade Unions, the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, the Legal Support Department of the General Directorate of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan, the Directorate of Marketing of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, the Press Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Civil Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan and the Health Department of Ashgabat City.
At the meeting, the rich heritage of our ancestors, our mothers and grandmothers, national traditions, and the customs in preserving family unity, in bringing up well-cultured, diligent and courageous generations were touched upon. It was also noted that young people have great responsibilities in passing on centuries-old national traditions to future generations. At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their deep gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Hero Arkadagly Serdar sound health, long life and success in their endeavors aimed at the well-being of our Motherland.
