A Lecture Held for Members of the “School of Young Diplomats”
On December 20, 2024, a lecture was held at the “Energy Diplomacy” Training Centre for the students and members of the School of Young Diplomats of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Perhat Mahremov, the instructor of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, conducted the lecture. The theme of the lecture was “Neutrality Policy and Specific Aspects of Foreign Policy”. The lecture was about the effects of Neutrality on our country’s foreign policy and its relationship with other nations. The participants were introduced to the history of Neutrality and its ongoing importance in global politics. Specific aspects of foreign policy, such as, Energy Diplomacy and Trade Alliances were also discussed.
During the lecture, students and members of the School of Young Diplomats actively participated in the discussions, asking questions about the role of Neutrality in international relations and receiving valuable information on the subject. The lecture provided deeper insights into the complexities of diplomacy and the importance of neutrality in shaping foreign policy.
