AN ESSAY COMPETITION
On December 5, 2025, an essay competition entitled “Neutral Turkmenistan: the Triumph of International Cooperation” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan among the students of the Institute and members of the School of Young Diplomats on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality.
According to the rules of the competition, the participants prepared and presented several essays on the announced topic. In their presentations, the participants emphasized that our Independent and Permanently Neutral State successfully implements its domestic and foreign policy based on the principles of peace, goodwill, friendship and mutual trust which strengthens its position in the world and puts forward important regional, global initiatives in developing priority areas of cooperation with other countries.
This competition played an important role in revealing the talents and abilities of young students and in deepening the understanding of the meaning and essence of our country’s permanent neutrality.
