Visit of the Delegation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
On June 13, 2025, a delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Ms. Tatyana Pyu Morena, visited the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
At the beginning of the visit, a meeting was held between the rector of the institute, G. Yusupova, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Ms. Tatyana Pyu Morena. During the meeting partners exchanged views on the priority areas of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, especially, in the field of science, education and technology as well as the development of its future directions.
After the meeting, a training session was held with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Ms. Tatiana Pyu Morena. Faculty members and students of the institute participated in the session. During the training session, the honorable guest delivered a speech about the history, culture and foreign policy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, including the achievements and future development of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
The training session helped future young diplomats studying at the Turkmen National School of Diplomacy to expand their knowledge in the field of international relations and diplomacy.
