AN ADVISORY EVENT WAS HELD
On September 8, 2026, an advisory meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan under the wise leadership of our esteemed President. The meeting was aimed at successfully implementing the state policy concerning young people in our country, increasing the legal awareness of student youth, ensuring that they observe public-order rules, traffic regulations and fire-safety requirements, promoting healthy lifestyles, preventing violations of the law and crime, and educating young people to be committed to national moral values, patriotic and broad-minded.
The meeting was attended by Kerimguly Berdiyev, Deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan; Hezretali Annaberdiyev, Acting Head of the Legal Support Department of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan and 3rd-class lawyer; Dunya Gurbangeldiyeva, Assistant Judge of the Kopetdag District Court of Ashgabat; Bibiaysha Saparova, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan; Hanaly Bayramov, Head of the Council of the Trade Union of Scientific and Educational Workers of Turkmenistan; Parahat Kakajayev, Head of the Council of the Trade Union of Healthcare Workers of Turkmenistan; and Hoshgeldi Annageldiyev, Head of the Ashgabat City Council Department of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Juma Pygyev, Senior Inspector of the 4th Department of the Road Patrol Directorate of the Police and Lieutenant Colonel; Batyr Berkeliyev, Head of a department of the 4th Directorate of the Police and Major; Serdar Akmammedov, Head of a Department of the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Police and Major; Azat Saparjayev, an employee of the Detention Directorate; Mekan Bayjanov, Head of the 2nd Department of the Public Security Directorate; Toyly Abdullayev, Head of a department of the Press Center and Lieutenant Colonel; and Toyly Bayramov, Head of the 7th Department of the Fire Safety Directorate and Internal Service Major also participated in the meeting.
During the event, the speakers gave detailed explanations concerning young people's rights and responsibilities, maintaining public order, observing traffic regulations, preventing crimes and legal violations, responsible use of the internet and mass media, fire safety, healthy lifestyle principles, national education and community service. Practical examples from everyday life were presented, and useful advice was given to the students.
The event also focused on the importance of raising the younger generation of Turkmenistan to be well-educated, physically healthy, broad-minded, morally upright and respectful of the law. Experts provided detailed answers to the students' questions and explained various issues related to their education, personal development and responsible participation in society.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our esteemed president Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating every opportunity for the people of Turkmenistan happy and peaceful lives and for the younger generation to grow up as modern, well-educated and well-grounded individuals.
