ADVOCACY MEETING
On March 14, 2022, an advocacy meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on strengthening educational work among young people. The meeting with students was held in order to ensure their comprehensive development both in terms of physical and spiritual, as well as to promote education in the spirit of the traditions of the Turkmens. For centuries, the Turkmen people have passed on from generation to generation such qualities as bravery, patriotism, honesty, spirituality, sincerity, pure morality, diligence and instilling respect for the national heritage in young people.
During the event, lecturers of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the Turkmen State Medical University named after Myrat Garryev made speeches. The speakers spoke about the thorough education of young people in the national spirit in modern Turkmen society, their comprehensive development as individuals with a broad outlook, rich spirituality, a healthy lifestyle, with concepts of the role of the family in shaping society, the state, and also emphasized the importance of respect for our national heritage.
The participants of the event referred to information on numerous moral and ethical examples of respect for heritage, the principles of a healthy life and the rules of hygiene from the invaluable books of our esteemed President, and called on to develop as a spiritual and physical potential of young people.
