EXPRESSIVE READING CONTEST
On March 17, 2023, at Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan was held an expressive reading contest “The holiday has come to my country” on the occasion of the National Spring Holiday -International Nowruz Day, which symbolizes peace, friendship, renewal and revival of nature on earth. The contest was organized by the “Young Journalists” scientific-creative club of Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism. Students of the International Journalism Faculty of the Institute and schoolchildren participated in the event.
During the event, the students of the Faculty of International Journalism enthusiastically performed the poems of prominent representatives of Turkmen literature about Nowruz holiday and beautiful nature of spring.
According to the results of the jury, all the students who participated in it were declared winners. During the competition, students who showed their reading skills were presented with letters of commendation and souvenirs by the organizers.
