Training courses on the transport diplomacy
Transport diplomacy is one of the priority aspects of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy concept for 2017-2023. On the initiative of our Esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the training courses are held in accordance with the approved curriculum in the field of ‘Transport Diplomacy’ at the training center for important branches of diplomacy of Turkmenistan, which is coordinating at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, The main task of the centre is to organize the professional training courses on the basis of the in-depth study of the initiatives of the President of Turkmenistan and it is aimed at the international cooperation in transport diplomacy and their practical implementation. So, the important branches of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan the scientific research works and specialized training courses, holding within the framework of the training center are aimed at these tasks. As the result of these activities , on the basis of specially approved programs the training courses are organized some training courses and some research articles are published and discussions related to the work of the center are being prepared at the training studio of the Institute of International Relations In the accordance with the curriculum the training courses with the participations of local and foreign experts are also successfully conducted by video communication and in accordance with their results the presentations are prepared by the audiences of the center. Yanyl Mammedova, a senior teacher in the department of Banking at the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and Orazmuhammet Kakabayev, a teacher of the same department conducted the optional course on the Future cooperation with international financial institutions ( Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and other financial institutions) in the construction of International Transport and Transit Corridors of Turkmenistan in the field of “ Transport Diplomacy” on March 1, 2021. The students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State Institute of Finance actively participated in these lessons ( courses) . The course was very effective for the students.
