Elective Course held at the Training Center for Transport Diplomacy
On October 27, 2021, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted an elective course on transport diplomacy. Ogulgurban Ezimova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences, Ph.D., gave a lecture with the active participation of the students of the Institute.
During the course, the students discussed transport diplomacy of Turkmenistan, which is one of the key areas of the Foreign Policy Concept of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2017-2023. On the initiative of the esteemed President, in accordance with the specially approved program for transport diplomacy, optional trainings are regularly held at the Educational Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
