The Seminar was held by Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Türkiye
On December 10, 2024, a seminar was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the Training center of “Preventive diplomacy” for Priority Areas of Diplomacy in Turkmenistan and was conducted by Mekan Ishangulyyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Türkiye. The students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan participated in this meeting.
The seminar was dedicated to the bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Türkiye as well as Turkmen-Turkish cooperation in the field of multilateral diplomacy such as international organizations. The Ambassador also talked about the variety of diplomatic service, etiquette and diplomatic protocol of the Republic of Türkiye.
Organization of seminars play an important role in education of future specialists in the field of diplomacy and international relations.
