SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONSULTATIONS ON THE CONSTITUTION OF TURKMENISTAN AND THE NATIONAL FLAG OF TURKMENISTAN
On May 15, 2024, a scientific and practical conference on the topic “Legislation and foreign policy of Turkmenistan: exemplary peacebuilding practices” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan the conference was attended by teachers and students to commemorate the Constitution Day of Turkmenistan and the National Flag of Turkmenistan. Representatives from the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, as well as teachers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and other higher educational institutions, alone with school children who are active members of the Young Diplomat’s school, participated in the meeting.
After the general meeting of the Scientific and Practical Council, discussions continued in specialized departments. “The Basic Law and the State Flag are the inviolable basis of the principles of independence and neutrality of our country”, “The Constitution of Turkmenistan is the legal basis of peace, friendship and goodwill”, “The role of the Constitution of Turkmenistan in the Development of the digital economy”, “The Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag is a symbol of prosperity of our country”, there were various topics about speeches the importance and impact of improving the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the principle of humanism, the inviolability of the National Flag, the legal protection of youth in national legislation, and the improvement of property relations in the country.
In the year of the “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy”, the 32nd anniversary of the founding of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, which embodies the ancient noble traditions of the Turkmen people along with generally accepted principles, is celebrated. The Constitution of Turkmenistan, standing as the unshakable legal foundation of our sovereignty.
