As noted in the speeches of the participants of the conference, the Constitution of our country, adopted 30 years ago, not only strengthened the achievements of independence, but also defined the main directions of the development of Turkmen society. Being the inalienable legal basis of our state, the Constitution is the expression of the aspirations of our people for unity, democracy, humanity, patriotism and justice.
The Constitution of our country is a flexible legal instrument that incorporates the best national and world experience of state-building, the principles of universal values, and retains its basic characteristics, constantly evolving, taking into account the requirements of the time and the universally recognized norms of international law.
The Constitution of Turkmenistan clearly states the basic principle of the policy of the President: the slogan is fully strengthened. Protecting and supporting people and serving them are important tasks of the state authorities. This very important constitutional norm in its time served as the basis for making changes to the section on the rights, freedoms and obligations of man and citizen in Turkmenistan.
The National songs and music which had been played by the music group of the institute during the conference gave the event the joyful atmosphere, though.
The participants wished to our esteemed President a prosperous and long life and success for his wise and world-important policy.
