A MEETING WAS HELD WITH SCIENTIFIC STAFF OF THE INSTITUTE OF STATE, LAW AND DEMOCRACY OF TURKMENISTAN
On March 6, 2024, a meeting was held with scientific staff of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan with the participation of the "Young Lawyers" scientific club of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the members of the "Council of young scientists" of the institute.
This meeting was held within the framework of the implementation of the "Investment Program for Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan" based on the tasks arising from the speech of our Hero Arkadag at the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan on February 22, 2024.
During the meeting, the importance of social-economic programs implemented in the country, their legal basis and the importance of propaganda measures, scientific-practical advices in increasing youth activity in this regard, and the importance of holding various meetings among young people in the direction of the work being carried out in this field were widely discussed.
Also, the students of our institute were introduced to the newly opened Turkmen-German comparative law study information center within the framework of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, and exhibitions were organized dedicated to that center. There, the staff of the institute exchanged experiences with the scientific staff about their research work, put forward their views on science, and invited young people to participate in research work. The holding of such meetings is of great importance, first of all, in the development of legal literacy and legal awareness among young people.
