Meeting devoted to the development of mutual relations between Turkmenistan and Nippon foundation
On January 19, 2024, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan J.Gurbangeldiev held a meeting with the Executive Director of the Nippon Foundation Yuji Mori, who is visiting Turkmenistan. This meeting was devoted to the development of Turkmen-Japanese cooperation in the field of science and education.
During the meeting, rector of the Institute noted that the friendly relations between the two countries and exchanged views on further expanding relations in the field of education and science. Such productive cooperation in these fields are of great importance for developing the methods of teaching and exchange views on preparing future specialist of international level. Regular meetings with our partners are evidence of the multilateral diplomacy of our country’s policy. In addition, in the speeches, the representatives made a number of proposals for further fruitful development of cooperation between our Institute and partner of the Nippon foundation – JACAFA foundation.
After the meeting, a tour was organized for Mr. Yuji Mori, who briefly was acquainted with the educational studio and library of international relations in Turkish and English languages of our Institute.
