REGULATIONS
of the competition “the Best Internet Website of the Year ‘Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Peace and Trust’” announced by the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the founding of Ashgabat among all the websites operating in the country.
The aims of the competition:
To reveal to the international community that the national center of innovations, Ashgabat, the center of large-scale reforms spanning all parts of independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, is a clear symbol of Ashgabat’s positive policy of neutrality, peace-loving and good neighborliness, the country’s economic and political life, the scientific and educational and cultural center of our state, occupies a worthy place among the leading and developed cities of the world;
To propagate the uniqueness of the past historical development path of our capital and to implement it in the modern world in Ashgabat;
To show to the world community with great pride that in recent years white marble Ashgabat has gained a high reputation as the city that contains the most beautiful and clean, comfortable living conditions for people.
In order to celebrate the 140th anniversary, the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan announces the Competition “The Best Internet Website of the Year ‘Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Peace and Trust’”.
General rules
This Regulations define the goals, objectives, terms and procedure of the Competition “The Best Internet Website of the Year ‘Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Peace and Trust’”
Terms and procedure of the competition
All websites operating in our country can participate in the competition.
In order to participate in the competition “The Best Internet Website of the Year ‘Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Peace and Trust’” announced by the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the founding of Ashgabat a notice should be posted on the websites and sent to the Youth Organization’s e-mail (Turkmen-youth@online.tm) via a link or screenshot.
Specially prepared photos, greetings (postcards), videos, news, articles, songs devoted to the celebration of the 140th anniversary of the capital, and creative works related to the history and significance of the capital of our country should be posted in the websites noted “For the Competition of the Youth Organization”.
Due to the large number of works posted on the websites, high quality, attractiveness, creative innovation, number of news, news novelty, the number of languages published, the variety of languages, the number of collections will be evaluated.
The competition will run until May 20, 2021.
The winners of the Competition will be determined by the jury members approved by the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly from May 20-22, 2021.
On May 23, 2021, the winners will be announced in a special message on the website www.yashlar.gov.tm.
On May 23, 2021, the ceremony of awarding letters of commendation and valuable gifts to the winners of the competition will be held in the Assembly Hall of the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
