As is known, the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy maintains effective relations with a number of prestigious higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
During the visit of the President of the Russian Federation to our country on October 2, 2017, several agreements were concluded between the higher education institutions of Russia, which made it possible to develop scientific relations based on international cooperation in the field of education. Among those documents, it should be noted that there is an Agreement on cooperation between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation.
Under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan, close relations between the scientific centers of Russian Federation and of our Institute are actively conducted. The participation of lecturers and students of our Institute in various scientific and cultural events held in the Russian Federation has become a traditional event. Students and lecturers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan actively participated in “Martens Readings in International Humanitarian Law”, “Financial Security” conferences and competitions, and Celia’s International conferences for Youth.
Thus, the cultural-humanitarian direction of Turkmen-Russian relations based on traditional friendship reaches a qualitatively new level during the epoch of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state.
The activities carried out by the President of Turkmenistan create ample conditions for the further development of these bilateral relations.
