On December 21, 2022, At the Institute of International Relations of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russian Federation Niyazliyev Batyr Kurbanmuradovich gave lecture on»The main directions of energy diplomacy of the Russian Federation and the conditions necessary for its implementation in the current unstable political conditions in the world» in the framework of Training and Mythology center for SDGs.
During the lecture Ambassador gave a speech about history of Russian Federation and bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Russia, priorities of Russian energy diplomacy, energy security, current economic and political situation in the energy sector.
The meeting was effective and interesting at the end of the lecture students gave questions and compressive answers.
