OUR SPORTS PRIDE
The development of high-level sports and the mass sports movement in Turkmenistan, as well as the implementation of a wide range of measures to promote a healthy lifestyle, are at the center of attention of the state policy of the esteemed President. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that Turkmen athletes successfully compete in national competitions and win prizes. Karate-do Championship, which was held in Ashgabat on May 23, ended up with two golden medals in collection of team of Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. These young athletes are Nazmyradov Davut (84 kg), the 2nd year student of the Faculty of International Relations and Yusup Garajayev (60 kg), the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Law.
This achievement filled our hearts with joy and pride for our course mates. We wish them great success in the sports competitions.
